Role Overview

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Lead Integration Architect to take ownership of the integration architecture capability across a major enterprise transformation program.

This is a hands-on architecture leadership role where you will define the strategic integration direction while remaining technically credible across modern integration platforms and patterns. You will lead architecture decisions across Boomi, Kafka, APIs, event-driven integration, and cloud environments, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions are delivered across the enterprise.

You will act as the senior integration authority, partnering with engineering teams, technology leaders, vendors, and delivery stakeholders to establish standards, govern solution design, and drive integration modernisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide integration architecture strategy, standards, and technology direction.
• Define and govern integration solutions across Boomi, Kafka, APIs, and event-driven architectures.
• Establish reusable integration patterns, frameworks, and reference architectures.
• Review, challenge, and approve integration solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Partner with engineering teams to guide technical implementation and resolve complex integration challenges.
• Drive integration platform optimisation, modernisation initiatives, and architecture roadmaps.
• Ensure integration solutions meet security, scalability, resilience, observability, and operational requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Strong enterprise integration architecture experience within complex environments.
• Deep expertise with Dell Boomi / Boomi AtomSphere architecture and integration solutions.
• Proven architecture-level experience with Kafka and event-driven integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API management, and API-led integration architectures.
• Experience designing and governing integrations across AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Demonstrated success defining architecture standards, governance frameworks, and reusable integration patterns.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior technology leaders, vendors, and delivery teams.
