Who we are

Loomie is a creative design agency for startup founders. We do Logo Design, Brand Identity, UI/UX, Web Design, and Packaging . We're building a brand people remember, and we want someone who helps put it in front of the right founders.

The role

You'll be the person finding Loomie's next clients. You'll research startups, start conversations, and turn cold prospects into booked calls. It's a hands-on growth role with real responsibility, not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship.

What you'll do

• Find and research startups and founders who need better branding or design
• Run LinkedIn and email outreach
• Generate and qualify leads
• Build and manage lead lists
• Follow up with prospects until they reply or say no
• Research the market and competitor agencies
• Support Loomie's marketing and growth strategy
• Track outreach and campaign performance, and tell us what's working

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and good written English (your messages are Loomie's first impression)
• Proactive: you don't wait to be told what to do next
• Hungry to learn and willing to take feedback
• Genuinely interested in marketing, sales, or business development
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and online research
• Bonus: experience with Apollo
