Lead IT Adoption Manager

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role at the center of a large digital transformation portfolio. You will own the adoption and change management (ACM) strategy and plans for multiple IT product initiatives, work directly with executive sponsors and departmental champions to prepare them as change agents, and lead a team of adoption managers and learning experts. If you enjoy turning technical change into something people are genuinely ready for, this role gives you the scale and the mandate to do it.

What You'll Do

• Assess how digital transformation initiatives will affect people, running impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and change readiness measurement.

• Build the ACM strategy and plans for each product, covering training, communication, coaching, resistance management, adoption measurement, and rewards and recognition.

• Lead delivery of those plans end to end, and integrate them into the wider project plan with product and business owners.

• Establish and enable a network of change agents, sponsors, and departmental champions, and coach them through their roles.

• Identify pockets of resistance early and put counter-strategies in place before they slow adoption down.

• Mentor and supervise a team of adoption managers and learning experts, assigning work and monitoring performance.

• Manage vendor ACM deliverables against quality standards. • Report on adoption progress, risks, and issues, with clear recommendations for resolution.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.

• At least seven (7) years of professional experience, including a minimum of five (5) years in IT adoption.

• A track record planning, leading, and coordinating organization-wide adoption and change management for IT projects or initiatives.

• Working knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and tools. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause identification skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage senior sponsors and large user groups.

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to run several initiatives at once.

Location: Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Philippines

Engagement Duration: One (1) year, subject to extension

Work Setup Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week

Shift 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Manila time)
