LEAD IT ADOPTION MANAGER

This role will be responsible for ensuring stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and supported throughout the lifecycle of technology implementations, maximizing user adoption and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of adoption and change management strategies for IT initiatives and digital transformation programs.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
• Design and implement change management plans covering communications, training, coaching, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, project teams, and technology stakeholders to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
• Establish and support networks of change champions, sponsors, and key stakeholders to drive successful adoption.
• Identify potential resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to improve engagement and acceptance.
• Deliver coaching sessions, communications activities, and stakeholder briefings.
• Monitor adoption metrics, track progress, manage risks, and provide regular status reporting.
• Collaborate with learning, communications, and support teams to ensure effective implementation of change initiatives.
• Mentor and guide Adoption Managers and Learning Specialists, fostering team growth and best practices.
• Ensure all change management deliverables meet quality standards and remain current with evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience, including 5 years focused on IT adoption, organizational change management, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change management and adoption programs for technology-driven projects.
• Solid understanding of change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training development.
• Familiarity with IT project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration tools.
• Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.

Work Setup

• Hybrid work arrangement with onsite reporting requirements as needed.
• Standard business hours aligned with Manila operations.
