About the Opportunity

Honeywell is hiring a Lead IT Analyst - Procurement - S4 Transformation in Charlotte, NC. You will drive enterprise ERP modernization initiatives, focusing on SAP S/4HANA procurement and supply chain digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Serve as lead functional analyst for S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement (MM, Ariba, Coupa integrations).
• Business Process Optimization: Translate procurement business requirements into functional specifications, configuration designs, and test scripts.
• Data Migration & Cutover: Partner with data teams to execute legacy data cleansing, mapping, validation, and cutover activities.
• Stakeholder Management: Lead change management, stakeholder workshops, and user training sessions across procurement departments.
• Continuous ERP Governance: Resolve post-go-live issues, support enhancement requests, and enforce ERP governance standards.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 6+ years in SAP procurement functional consulting with hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Skills: In-depth knowledge of SAP MM/PTP processes, supplier integration, EDI, and enterprise transformation frameworks.
