Lead - IT Support Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Lead IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Fortinet/Fortigate, Windows Server Administration, and IT Infrastructure Support while supporting over 100+ users and leading critical IT operations.

Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 IT Support
Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Administer Windows Server infrastructure
Configure and support Fortinet Firewalls & VPNs
Manage user onboarding, offboarding & device setup
Monitor system performance and IT service availability
Coordinate with vendors and third-party support teams
Support IT projects, upgrades, and migrations
Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
Preferred Experience
9+ years of IT Support experience
3+ years in a Lead IT Support role
Experience supporting 100+ users
Hybrid Cloud environment experience
Intune, Endpoint Manager, N-able RMM experience
Strong firewall and security operations background
