Experience: 5+ years in IT Infrastructure | 2+ years in GxP-regulated environments

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• IT Infrastructure, End-User Support, and Incident Management
• Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
• VMware, Nutanix, and Virtualization
• Networking: Juniper Switches, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, and Routing
• Waters Empower and Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
• cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ Data Integrity
• GxP System Validation, Change Controls, Deviations, and CAPA
• IT Asset Management, System Documentation, and Access Controls
• Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Cybersecurity
• Vendor Coordination and Technical Troubleshooting

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure and technical support experience.
• 2+ years supporting GxP-regulated systems in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Devices.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
