Role - Lead ITSM/Helpdesk tool

Required Technical Skill Set - Should have worked on service desk/service now tool

Desired Experience Range - 7-10 years

Location of Requirement: Ghaziabad/ Noida

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency/Skills)

Must-Have**

1. 5-8 years hands on working experience on service now/service

desk tool

2. Understanding of helpdesk/ITSM functionality

3. Knowledge and understanding of workflows of the tool.

4. Knowledge of configuration of workflows in the service desk tool

5. Understanding of report and dashboards in the application.

Good to Have

1. Good communications skills and positive attitude to learn and share

2. Good Analytical skills

3. Good understanding of IT requirements

4. Good attitude and articulation skills

5. Good to have a certification of service now tool

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**

Lead by example and drive a team size of 20 people to ensure defect free and on time delivery as per schedule

Lead daily scrum calls and business requirement and demo sessions.

Requirement & Design Document preparation as per requirements

Configuration of the tool as per customer/business requirements.

Groom and mentor team members on knowledge and technology needed for project
