Job Requirements Java Cloud Microservices L2/L3 Specialist Experience : 8–10 Years
Role Type : Full-Time
Job Overview We are looking for a Microservices L2/L3 Specialist to support core payment processing microservices running on cloud infrastructure. You will debug Java/Spring Boot services, query distributed databases, and maintain high-volume transactional flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Microservices Triage: Diagnose and resolve production issues across Java/Spring Boot microservices running on Amazon EKS and Kubernetes/Rancher.
- Database & Pipeline Triage: Execute complex database queries (MongoDB, PostgreSQL) to trace transaction processing failures and routing issues.
- Cross-Skilling Duty: Cross-train on eCommerce checkout and digital payment interfaces to provide secondary on-call backup.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Stack: Java, Spring Boot, AWS (EC2, S3, EKS), Kubernetes/Rancher, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Kibana/Elasticsearch logs.
- Experience: 5+ years supporting cloud-native microservices architectures in production environments.
