Job Responsibilities:

Lead plumbing installations on residential and light commercial jobs, including water heaters, fixtures, repipes, gas lines, and rough-in and trim-out.

Perform plumbing service work, including troubleshooting and repairing leaks, drain stoppages, water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, water lines, and gas lines.

Run service calls from start to finish: diagnose the problem, explain it to the customer, present clear repair and replacement options, and complete the work right the first time.

Diagnose plumbing issues and provide solutions on both installation and service jobs.

Run your jobs start to finish, from scope and setup through cleanup and final walkthrough.

Mentor apprentices and helpers, and set the standard for quality and code compliance on every job.

Work in varying conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and confined spaces.

Lift, push, pull, and carry heavy equipment and materials as needed.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.

Accurately document completed work in our system (ServiceTitan).

Requirements:

✔ Experience in plumbing service and installation preferred.
✔ Licensing required – Journeyman Plumber license .
✔ Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
✔ Must be able to work varying hours, including some nights and weekends as needed.
✔ Ability to meet physical demands of the job (lifting, bending, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, etc.).
✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
