Lead Lawn Care Technician – Seasonal Part Time

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience and ability

CrispCut Lawn Care is a growing, veteran-owned residential and commercial lawn care company serving Camden County. We are looking for a dependable Lawn Care Technician who takes pride in doing quality work and can eventually operate a lawn care route independently.

This is not simply a helper position. The right person will be trusted with company equipment, a truck and trailer, and our customers' properties. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

• Mow residential and commercial properties using a zero-turn mower
• String trim, edge, and blow off properties
• Drive a pickup truck and safely tow/back a lawn trailer
• Load, secure, and maintain equipment
• Complete assigned routes and maintain high-quality work
• Communicate equipment issues and customer concerns

Requirements

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience required
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Experience operating zero-turn mowers and commercial lawn equipment
• Ability to safely tow and back a trailer
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Comfortable performing physical work in Georgia heat

Schedule & Growth

This is a seasonal, part-time position. Hours vary with weather and customer demand and decrease significantly during winter.

• Clean driving history: 5 years (Required)
• clean background check: 10 years (Required)
