What You'll Do:

• Strategic Learning Partnership
• Partner with Delivery Partners, Delivery Heads, Global Delivery Heads, and business leaders to design and execute organization-wide talent development and learning strategies.
• Identify capability gaps and workforce challenges, translating business needs into effective skilling solutions.
• Drive learning interventions that enhance workforce readiness, improve deployment opportunities, and strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Workforce Transformation & Talent Development :
• Collaborate with Competency Leaders and Resource Management teams to create targeted upskilling programs for bench and billable resources.
• Own learning and talent development strategies for a large business unit, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Enable career growth through role-based learning, certification pathways, and competency development initiatives.
• Enterprise Skilling Programs :
• Lead organization-wide learning initiatives, including:
• PDEA and flagship learning programs
• AI and Generative AI skilling initiatives
• Hyperscaler certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Role-based and domain-specific learning pathways
• Drive learning-on-demand solutions by partnering with business teams and L&D stakeholders.
• Business Impact & Customer Success
• Improve customer interview success rates through targeted capability enhancement programs.
• Support customer-facing learning initiatives, including customer university programs, learning portals, and customer visits.
• Develop learning strategies that directly contribute to improved project readiness, revenue growth, and increased billability.
• Analytics & Governance :
• Track, analyze, and report key L&D metrics and learning outcomes.
• Measure the effectiveness of skilling initiatives through business impact indicators and workforce performance metrics.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Success Metrics :
• Your success will be measured through:
• Skilling-led fulfillment percentage
• AI and emerging technology certification coverage
• Hyperscaler and role-based certification achievements
• Customer interview success ratio
• Learning coverage across business units
• Competency improvement metrics
• Incremental billing and revenue impact driven by workforce capability enhancement

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 20+ years of experience in the IT industry with significant exposure to technology, project management, delivery, and Learning & Development.
• Proven experience driving enterprise-level talent development and workforce transformation initiatives.
• Strong Project Management experience across planning, governance, execution, tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Deep understanding of Learning & Development practices, talent development frameworks, and capability-building strategies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and other SDLC methodologies.
• Understanding of modern technology ecosystems, digital transformation, AI, cloud technologies, and enterprise delivery models.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect learning outcomes to business results.
