Lead Line Cook

Obon Sushi Bar and Ramen, a leading establishment specializing in authentic Japanese cuisine, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Line Cook to join our exceptional culinary team at our Downtown Tucson location. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, following our restaurant's recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure all food items are prepared with high quality and presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Monitor food inventory and assist in placing orders when needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Participate in the development and refinement of menu items.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Lead Line Cook or relevant role in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication skills.
• High level of creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
