Lead Machine Learning Engineer

Pay Range: $60/hr - $62/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable cloud-based ML applications and data pipelines.
• Develop and optimize MLOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment frameworks.
• Monitor model performance, governance, observability, and reliability.
• Lead technical problem-solving and mentor engineering team members.
• Develop applications using Python, C++, SQL, and modern AI frameworks.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Traditional Machine Learning & Agentic AI, Expertise in MLOps, Model Deployment, and Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering & System Design
• Strong experience in Traditional Machine Learning and Agentic AI.
• Expertise in MLOps, Model Deployment, and Cloud Engineering.
• Solid background in Software Engineering and System Design.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Spark/PySpark, and REST APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Cloud Bees.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, distributed systems, and AI lifecycle management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Total Experience- 14 years of experience
• Candidate should be within 40 miles of given work location.
