What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing Annual business Plan
- Prepare and review product costing for apparel and related products. (BOM)
- Analyze material, labor, overhead and production costs.
- Monitor standard vs. actual costing and variances.
- Conduct product profitability and margin analysis.
- Ensure accurate costing data in ERP.
- Identify cost saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Product Development and Supply Chain.
- Track and Report WIP Inventories
- Automate or re-engineer business processes in assigned area
Skills Requirements:
- Master’s in Finance MBA, or qualified CMA/ACCA
- At least 5 years of relevant costing experience, preferably in textile/apparel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of product costing, BOM, inventory and variance analysis.
- Strong working knowledge and Practical exposure of ERP systems and office automation tools.
