What they need
Position Overview
The Lead Manager is the front line of our acquisition pipeline. You own every inbound and outbound lead from first contact through qualified appointment — and you’re measured on speed, conversion, and pipeline quality. This role exists because leads die in the gap between marketing and acquisitions. You close that gap.
This is a high-pace, high-accountability position built for someone who thrives on structured systems, daily metrics, and consistent execution. If you want a role where your effort directly drives revenue and you can see the scoreboard every day, this is it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Response & Conversion
- Respond to all inbound leads quickly and convert interest into live conversations.
- Qualify prospects to determine fit, motivation, and readiness before passing to the acquisitions team.
- Appointment Setting
- Set qualified appointments for acquisitions reps with complete context and clean handoffs.
- Ensure every appointment is properly documented and confirmed ahead of the meeting.
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date — every lead has a status, a next step, and an owner.
- Follow up consistently across the pipeline to re-engage leads and prevent drop-off.
- Performance & Reporting
- Hit daily and weekly activity targets — calls, contacts, appointments, and conversion rates.
- Come to pipeline reviews prepared with data, not stories.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 1–3 years in inside sales, lead management, or appointment setting (real estate preferred, not required).
- Proven track record of hitting activity-based KPIs (calls/day, conversion rate, appointments set).
- Experience working in a CRM daily — logging activity, managing pipeline stages, running reports.
Skills & Competencies
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Podio, or similar) — you live in the system, not beside it.
- Strong phone presence — confident, empathetic, direct. Can build rapport quickly.
- Objection handling — navigates resistance without going off-script or getting defensive.
- Time management — juggles high call volume, consistent follow-up, and CRM accuracy without dropping balls.
Behavioral Expectations (How We Work)
We don’t have a poster on the wall. We have standards we hold each other to every day:
- Ownership — You own your pipeline, your numbers, and your mistakes. When something breaks, you fix it or flag it.
- Coachability — You take feedback in stride and apply it fast. Growth isn’t optional here.
- Clear Communication — No surprises. If something is at risk, we hear it from you first.
- Pace & Urgency — Speed-to-lead is a religion, not a suggestion. Every time.
- Integrity — Log the real numbers. Make the real calls. Trust is the foundation.
- Team-First — Clean appointments and complete handoffs set the whole team up to win.
This Role Is NOT for You If:
- You need to be reminded to follow up. Consistent outreach is the job.
- You take rejection personally. You’ll hear “no” dozens of times a day.
- You prefer flexibility over structure. This role runs on SOPs, scripts, and daily metrics.
- You avoid the phone. This is a phone-first role.
- You see CRM logging as busywork. If it’s not in the CRM, it didn’t happen.
What We Offer
Compensation & Rewards
- Starting salary of $45,000+ with bonuses. On-target earnings $50,000+
- Competitive base salary plus performance-based variable comp tied to appointments and pipeline conversion.
- Uncapped earning potential — the harder and smarter you work, the more you earn.
Growth & Development
- Weekly 1:1 coaching — call reviews, pipeline strategy, skill development.
- Clear career path into senior lead management, team lead, or acquisitions roles.
Work Environment
- Denver-based position with structured daily rhythm and systems that support execution.
- CRM, dialer, call recording, and lead routing tools that work — so you can focus on selling.
Impact & Legacy
- Every qualified appointment you set puts a family one step closer to solving their property situation.
- Your work directly drives company revenue and growth.
