Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred

At least 4 years of relevant experience in construction

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and mechanical building systems

Background in project execution, site supervision, and project coordination

Proficient in AutoCAD and able to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

Oversee mechanical engineering activities throughout construction projects

Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems

Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents

Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders

Monitor project progress and resolve technical and site concerns

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project schedule requirements
