Lead Mechatronics Engineer

Required Skills And Education

• 7+ years OEM / Tier One Automotive mechatronics experience, including Vehicle launch experience.
• Bachelor's or master’s degrees in Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Science or similar background.
• Experience working with customers and suppliers.
• Experience with CAD software. (NX would be a plus)
• Knowledge of mechatronic systems and driveline components.
• High level of analytical ability where problems are unusual and difficult.
• Knowledge of design, development, test engineering, and manufacturing processes.
• Familiar with EOL testing
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan and organize effectively.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.
