Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Lead MERN Stack Developer / Technology Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance web applications.The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS, Node.js, JavaScript, REST APIs, Microservices, AWS, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD, along with proven technical leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Develop responsive and high-performance applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Python.Design and implement microservices-based architectures and distributed applications.
Participate in technical discussions, solution design, architecture decisions, estimations, and sprint planning.
Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and ensure code quality.
Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver solutions aligned with business requirements.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and support automated deployment processes.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root-cause analysis.
Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud services.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development standards.

Required Skills :
8+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on technical expertise.
Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Strong backend development experience with Node.js and/or Python.Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, including:MySQLPostgreSQLMongoDBHands-on experience with AWS services, including:AWS LambdaAPI GatewayS3SQSSNSExperience with Git and Jenkins and understanding of CI/CD practices.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor development teams.

Pay: From ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
