We have more than 10 years in the field and over 1,000 completed projects. We're IICRC certified, licensed and insured, and EPA Lead-Safe certified. When a homeowner calls us, it's usually one of the worst days they've had. We show up fast, do the work right, and treat their property like it's our own.

The Role
We're looking for an experienced Lead Mitigation Tech to run water mitigation jobs from first response to dry-out. You'll lead a crew on site, be the main point of contact for the customer, and make sure every job is documented well enough to hold up with insurance carriers. This role is for someone who takes ownership. You don't wait to be told what to do next.

What You'll Do

• Respond to emergency water loss calls, including nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating on-call schedule
• Inspect and assess losses, including category and class of water, affected materials, and moisture mapping
• Lead extraction, demo, containment, and drying equipment setup
• Take daily moisture and psychrometric readings and adjust drying plans until the structure meets dry standard
• Document every job with photos, readings, equipment logs, and notes in our job management app
• Explain the process to homeowners clearly and professionally and keep them updated
• Train and direct junior technicians on site and hold the crew to our safety standards
• Keep your truck stocked, inspected, and ready to roll at all times
• Coordinate with the office, project managers, and adjusters to keep jobs moving

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on water mitigation experience (lead or crew-lead experience preferred)
• IICRC WRT required or able to get it within days; ASD, AMRT, or FSRT a plus90
• Solid understanding of drying science, moisture meters, thermal imaging, and drying equipment
• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet app for job documentation
• Strong communication skills with customers and crew
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and tight or uncomfortable conditions
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen
• Reliable and accountable, and you finish what you start

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, [7:00 AM–5:00 PM]
• Rotating on-call for emergency response
• Overtime available
