Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Release Engineer to own and lead the end-to-end mobile application release lifecycle across iOS and Android. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in mobile CI/CD pipelines, release automation, DevOps, and app store deployment, along with technical leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Mandatory Skills:
6+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / Release Engineering / CI/CD
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Mobile Release Engineering
Strong expertise in Fastlane, Xcodebuild, and Gradle
Experience building iOS & Android CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions / Jenkins / Azure DevOps / Bitrise
Strong knowledge of App Store Connect, Google Play Console, TestFlight, and Firebase App Distribution
Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and Terraform
Scripting knowledge in Bash / Python / Ruby
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with code signing, certificates, provisioning profiles, and release automation
Knowledge of mobile application security, OWASP MASVS, and security scanning tools
Experience leading release activities and coordinating with development, QA, product, and security teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete mobile release lifecycle across iOS and Android.
• Build, maintain, and optimize secure CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage app signing, beta distribution, store submissions, and production rollouts.
• Improve build reliability, release quality, and deployment efficiency.
• Lead release planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Pay: ₹516,000.00 - ₹1,830,000.00 per year
