• Drive SELL IN targets branch wise/category wise
• MT Store visit as per PJP (6-7 counters per day)
• Weekly review of MT AM : Counter shares/ SSR Hygiene/Defectives/Display along with BM
• Monitoring daily activity of MT Area Manager : PJP/IT tools/
• Developing professional relationships with Key persons at MT Store – ADM/SM
• Developing professional relationships with Cluster Managers and Regional Heads
• PO Execution: Coordination with central billing team and partner warehouse
• Handling escalations regarding service, stock and defectives and Store level escalation
• Liasoning with regional commercial / logistic / TM and service counter parts
• Ensuring POSM Hygiene and BTL deployments at shop floor
• Formulation bottom up stock planning SOP and closely coordinating with KAM
• Competition benchmarking : MOP , Marketing and product strategy, finance offering.
