- Support mold validation, qualification, and new product introduction efforts
- Help develop and improve internal tooling capabilities while reducing dependence on outside vendors
- Mentor and share technical knowledge with other members of the tooling team
- Contribute to initiatives focused on reducing downtime, improving OEE, extending mold life, and increasing overall tooling performance
Qualifications
- 4-10 years of hands-on mold making, tool & die, or injection molding tooling experience
- Strong experience building, repairing, and troubleshooting injection molds
- Proficiency with CNC machining, EDM, milling, grinding, and precision machining processes
- Strong understanding of mold construction, maintenance, and tooling systems
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and apply GD&T principles
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment
- Comfortable working in a hands-on role within a fast-paced production setting

- Experience using ERP, MRP, or CMMS systems
What Makes This Opportunity Unique

- Opportunity to help expand in-house mold-making and repair capabilities
- Small, collaborative tooling team where your expertise will have a direct impact
- Growing organization with strong project demand and long-term growth plans
