Lead Motion Designer

Role Description The Lead Motion Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing the motion design vision across Mobiways’ products and brand channels. This role involves creating high-quality motion graphics and animations for product interfaces, marketing campaigns, and social content, as well as leading the motion language and visual storytelling standards. Day-to-day tasks include developing concepts, storyboards, and prototypes, collaborating closely with product designers, marketers, and engineers, and overseeing the end-to-end video production process from planning to final delivery. The Lead Motion Designer will also provide guidance and feedback to other creatives, ensure consistency across all visual outputs, and contribute to creative strategy for new product and feature launches.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital products and brand storytelling.
• Proficiency in Animation and Storyboarding to translate concepts into clear visual narratives.
• Experience with Video Production, including editing, sound integration, and preparing assets for multiple platforms.
• Advanced expertise with industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma or similar).
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing motion work for apps, web, and marketing, ideally in tech or wellness-related products.
• Ability to lead creative projects, work cross-functionally, and manage deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Film, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
