A small business that is growing looking to add another mowing crew to our company.

Job Summary:

Adell Landscape is looking for a Lead Mower to join our team to operate a stand on mower & walk behind zero turn with either a sulky or a plate. We are looking for someone who can go mow accounts to our standards meaning striped with alternating patterns each week, not just circles. You should also know how to match hieght of weed whacking and efficiently edge with a whacker or edger.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing residential and commercial accounts on a weekly or bi weekly basis.

• Ensure quality customer service and hospitality along with aclean and safe working environment

• Ensure crew is following all safety regulations and standards while working with management to ensure crew is meeting company goals and objectives

Qualifications:

-Familiarity with service standards and can proficiently mow lawns

-Proficiently utilizing mainly Walk behind and stand on mowers along with 2 stroke equipment.

-Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with assistance along with to be on your feet for long periods of time (8 hours+) with no issues of working in inclement weather

-Strong leadership qualities

Salary: Based on Experience

Schedule:

40 Hours plus opportunity’s for overtime Monday to Friday.

Bristol, CT 06010 Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Valid Driver's License (Required)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
