Lead MRI Technologist - Full Time

Are you a skilled MRI technologist with a passion for innovation and patient care? We are seeking a Lead Technologist to work at our Mesa location. If you have at least 2 years of experience (although preference is given to candidates with 5 or more years), are ARRT certified, and comfortable working with Hitachi Airis magnets, we want to hear from you!

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Experience with Hitachi Airis II MRI preferred (training provided for the right candidates)
• ARRT certification required
• CPR certification preferred
• Comfortable with contrast administration
• Familiarity with various types of MRI magnets
• Strong preference for MRSO certification
• Experience with patient care responsibilities such as paperwork, patient interaction, and safety protocols
• Ability to handle patients with surgical hardware, stents, shunts, etc.
• Proven ability to manage difficult patients and calm nervous individuals
• Experience in emergency situations and knowledge of appropriate response protocols
• Familiarity with the ACR certification process is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans and ensure high-quality imaging results
• Assist in training and mentoring junior technologists
• Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
• Collaborate with staff to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality of service
