- Strong hands-on experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, API, .NET Core).
- Excellent, effective communication with customer and design ideas with teams, verbally & written.
- Estimating work with accurate estimate and deliver on time.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies.
- Proficient in ETL and relational databases (SQL Server and Oracle).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Bit Bucket).
- Unit Testing.
- Experience in leveraging AI tools across design, development, and testing processes.
- Working with Texas Education Agency (TEA) and TEA applications.
- Blazor Server, Blazor WASM.
- Containerized applications.
