Lead Network Service Delivery Engineer

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

-8+ years of experience in:

• Network Engineering
• Network Operations
• Service Delivery
• Telecommunications
• Data Center Infrastructure

-5+ years of people leadership experience.

-Strong understanding of:

• IP Networking
• Ethernet Services
• Layer 2 / Layer 3 Technologies
• Data Center Interconnection
• Cloud Connectivity
• Service Activation & Provisioning
• Operational Support Processes

-Proven success leading cross-functional programs and organizational transformation initiatives.

-Strong analytical, operational, and project leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

-Experience within global data center, cloud, carrier, telecommunications, or digital infrastructure environments.

-Hands-on knowledge of:

• Cisco
• Juniper
• Arista
• Nokia
• Enterprise and carrier-class networking platforms

-Experience supporting:

• Routers
• Switches
• Optical Transport Equipment
• DWDM Platforms

-Understanding of fiber infrastructure, structured cabling, patching standards, and physical-layer troubleshooting.

-Certifications such as PMP, Agile, ITIL, CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent.
