Lead Operations – Application & Production Support

We are looking for an experienced Lead Operations / Application Support Lead with strong experience in application and production support, incident management, and team leadership.

Mandatory Skills & Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in Application Support and Production Support.
• Hands-on experience in Incident Management and Ticket Management.
• ServiceNow is mandatory.
• Strong experience in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and issue resolution.
• Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and support processes.
• Must have experience as a Team Lead / Assistant Manager.
• Strong People Management and Team Management experience.
• Ability to monitor tickets, SLAs, team performance, and production issues.
• Good coordination with technical teams and business stakeholders.
