Lead, Operations Services

About the role

Lead, Operations Services who will oversee the overall technical and service operations of our repair and maintenance services. The role will be responsible for assessing customer service requests, identifying the appropriate technical requirements, coordinating with technicians and service providers, and ensuring that repair and maintenance jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day repair and maintenance service operations
• Assess customer requests and determine the appropriate technical requirements
• Coordinate and assign jobs to technicians and service providers
• Review the scope, materials, manpower, and estimated requirements for each job
• Monitor the progress and quality of completed repair and maintenance works
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when needed
• Coordinate with customers and address service-related concerns
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
• Monitor service costs and help ensure efficient utilization of resources
• Develop and improve processes for efficient service delivery

About you

• Preferably College level or a graduate of Engineering, Technical, or other related courses
• Experience or working knowledge in electrical, civil, air-conditioning, plumbing, or general repair and maintenance works
• Broad understanding of common residential, commercial, and facility repair requirements
• Experience in coordinating technicians, contractors, or service providers is an advantage
• Strong technical, problem-solving, and coordination skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to handle various technical service requirements and field-related concerns
