Lead Operator

Transcendia’s Rancho Cucamonga plant is growing! W e are a leader in custom plastic film designed to protect products and keep people safe and healthy in food, healthcare, print and publishing, and o ther industries. We’re adding a 2 nd shift (2:00 - 10:30p) to keep up with demand. If you appreciate working on a small team with a family atmosphere, read on!

Job Summary: In addition to running a machine that produces film and bags for a variety of customers in a clean, well-ventilated area, provides training, routine direction and support to other employees on the shift. Positive people skills combined with efficient machine operation will ensure success.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Bilingual in English is required
• Manufacturing experience running a machine
• Leadership experience
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, stretch, or stand for extended periods of time
