Lead Organizer in Training (Part-Time)

$28/hour during training | $32–35+/hour upon promotion to Lead Organizer

We are an award-winning luxury organizing company serving the Denver metro area. We create beautiful, functional homes that reduce stress and help clients love where they live.

We're looking for someone with natural leadership, excellent judgment, and a heart for serving. This is more than an organizing job - it's an opportunity to become the trusted face of our company in clients' homes.

You'll work alongside the owner learning our systems, leadership, and client experience. You'll grow to lead projects independently while delivering the exceptional experience we are known for.

Schedule & Commitment

· Approximately 2 days per week to start

· Flexible schedule that becomes consistent over time

· Typical project days are 7-8 hours

· Opportunity for additional hours and leadership as we grow

What You’ll Do

· Learn our method while working alongside the owner.

· Lead clients through organizing projects with confidence and professionalism.

· Design beautiful, functional organizing systems.

· Solve unique challenges and make thoughtful decisions per project.

· Deliver the luxury, white glove experience our clients know us for.

What to Expect in This Role

· During training, you'll shadow the owner before gradually running projects.

Requirements

· Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance

· Reliable, punctual, and professional

· Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

· Able to lift, carry, bend, and stay active throughout the workday - workdays can be Very active.

· Comfortable working around pets and children

· Able to maintain client confidentiality

· Willing to complete a background check

Growth Opportunity

This position begins as a Lead Organizer in Training with a path toward becoming a Lead Organizer.

As you develop your leadership, judgment, and project management skills, you'll begin leading projects independently and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. Our goal is to develop a confident leader who delivers the same luxury, white-glove experience our brand is known for.
