Lead People Advisor

We’re looking for an experience People Advisor who enjoys being close to the business, solving problems and making things happen.

This is a broad, hands-on HR role with real ownership. You’ll lead day-to-day employee relations matters, coach and challenge managers, support payroll and benefits, contribute to employee engagement and internal communications, and help improve how our People function operates.

You’ll also play an important role in supporting the People Director on wider projects and organisational priorities.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage ER cases from start to finish, understands UK employment law and ACAS guidance, and can balance people, risk and commercial needs without overcomplicating things.

You’ll be someone who is comfortable having difficult conversations, gives clear advice and believes great HR is about enabling managers, not doing their job for them.
