What You’ll Do

-You’ll take charge of daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and supervising store staff to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Overseeing inventory management, including ordering and stocking pharmacy supplies.
• Ensuring compliance with all pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing knowledgeable support.
• Creating schedules and managing workflow to optimize productivity.
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to deliver excellent service and care.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a candidate with a passion for customer service and strong organizational skills. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmacy or retail management role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred) to assist a diverse customer base.
• A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
• A commitment to ensuring compliance and upholding high standards of service.
