Location: Bangkok – Nonthaburi – Hybrid

Salary –  70,000 -100,000 THB

A growing technology company is looking for an experienced Lead PHP Developer to join its expanding technology team in Thailand. The company develops and operates digital platforms and business systems used by a growing customer base. As the business continues to scale, this role will be a key member of the technical team, responsible for both hands-on development and technical leadership.

You will have the opportunity to influence system architecture, lead development initiatives, improve infrastructure, and introduce automation and AI solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the software development team, providing technical direction, prioritisation, and guidance.
• Remain hands-on with PHP development while overseeing the design and implementation of new systems.
• Lead the architecture and development of CRM and internal business applications.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and payment integrations.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, databases, domains, security, access controls, CI/CD, backups, and production environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, AI, and LLM-based solutions.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or senior engineering role.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP (Laravel), JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, and webhooks.
• Solid experience with WordPress and plugin development.
• Experience building CRM, SaaS, or complex business applications.
• Experience integrating third-party platforms and payment services, preferably Stripe.
• Practical experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, GitHub, security, and production systems.
• Experience with AI, LLM APIs, or workflow automation is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good English communication skills and confidence working with international stakeholders.
