Lead Physiotherapist

Job Title: Lead Physiotherapist
Location: Aster Al Raffah Rehabilitation Center, Muscat, Oman
Required Criteria
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Physiotherapy.
Minimum 10 years of overall professional experience in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Services.
Proven experience in leading or managing a rehabilitation center or department, including team leadership and operational management.
Experience in supervising and managing a team of physiotherapists.
Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient management skills.
Eligibility for applicable Oman MOH licensing requirements.
Preferred Criteria
Experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center or hospital.
Experience in neurological, musculoskeletal, and functional rehabilitation.
Experience in staff training, performance management, and clinical quality improvement.
Exposure to advanced rehabilitation technologies, including robotic rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the rehabilitation center's daily clinical and operational activities.
Supervise, guide, and manage the physiotherapy team and ensure effective staff utilization.
Oversee patient assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation outcomes.
Monitor team performance, patient satisfaction, and service quality.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive
patient care.

Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and applicable Oman MOH regulations.
