Job Title: Lead Project Scheduler

Location: Oak Brook, IL

Pay Range: $115,000 - $165,000 per year

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Lead Project Scheduler for an advanced nuclear energy developer which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in Primavera P6 scheduling looking to further their career in nuclear or advanced manufacturing.

• Translate PLM (Siemens Teamcenter) product breakdown structures into WBS mapped to system design descriptions
• Maintain the master control schedule and track engineering deliverables for SOW and bid packages
• Build complex manufacturing and installation schedules in Oracle Primavera P6; integrate data with Dynamics 365 Dataverse
• Organize work packages for EPC handoff and modular balance of plant (BOP) assembly timelines
• Manage version/change control and report schedule status to leadership

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of complex scheduling in heavy industrial construction, aerospace, or modular manufacturing
• Expert Oracle Primavera P6 (EPPM): critical path, dependencies, resource loading; Microsoft Planner familiarity
• Engineering degree strongly preferred; WBS development in early design phases

Bonus Qualifications

• Nuclear, DoD, or regulated-industry scheduling (ASME NQA-1, NRC Part 53/57, DOE Part 810)
• PLM (Siemens Teamcenter, Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE) and Dynamics 365/Dataverse integration experience
• Experience supporting procurement or EPC bid package generation
