Job Summary (Quality Assurance Analyst)

• Lead and manage quality assurance practices for major customer projects, focusing on web and platform software releases.

• Define and implement QA strategies, governance, and best practices, including test standards and quality metrics.

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.

• Execute non-functional testing programs such as performance, load, accessibility, and security testing.

• Utilize tools like BlazeMeter for performance testing and BrowserStack for accessibility and multi-browser/device testing.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG) and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve issues.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevSecOps, and leadership teams to ensure secure and compliant releases.

• Serve as a GxP Validator for Life Sciences projects to meet regulatory and audit requirements.

• Mentor and guide QA team members, including interns, and promote continuous improvement in QA processes and culture.

• Prepare and communicate quality metrics dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.

• Support Agile/Scrum project environments and contribute to stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
