Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Platform Support Engineer – DevOps to manage and support containerized application platforms in enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, Ansible automation, and Azure DevOps, ensuring platform stability, high availability, efficient deployments, and timely resolution of production issues.

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Platform Support, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Pods, containers, and container orchestration.
• Practical experience with Ansible automation and configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, particularly CI/CD pipelines and deployment management.
• Good understanding of monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and production support processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Linux administration and scripting.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices and release management processes.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale containerized application platforms.
• Previous experience working in production support and 24x7 operational environments.
