Title: Lead Platform Support Engineer - DevOps

Duration: 12+ Months

Location: Angola

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Kubernetes clusters , Pods, containers, and platform infrastructure.
• Perform container lifecycle management , deployment, scaling, and maintenance activities.
• Utilize Ansible for automation, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• Monitor platform health, performance, and availability using enterprise monitoring and logging tools.
• Analyze logs, troubleshoot production issues, and drive timely incident resolution.
• Support application deployments and release activities through Azure DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps experience required; Azure Cloud expertise not mandatory).
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Implement operational best practices for stability, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in Platform Support, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Pods, Container Management, and Orchestration .
• Experience with Ansible automation and configuration management.
• Good understanding of monitoring, logging, deployment, and troubleshooting processes.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in production support and 24x7 operational environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Linux administration and scripting.
• Understanding of DevOps best practices and release management.
• Experience in managing enterprise-scale containerized platforms.
