We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Lead Pool Rover to oversee the safety, cleanliness, and guest experience at our pool and gym facilities at Bozeman Hot Springs. This pivotal role combines leadership, operational management, and exceptional customer service to ensure a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for all visitors. As the Lead Pool Rover, you will supervise staff, manage daily operations, and coordinate with other departments to deliver an outstanding guest experience. Your enthusiasm and managerial expertise will drive team performance and uphold the highest standards of safety and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of pool attendants, ensuring all staff adhere to safety protocols and service standards
• Oversee daily pool operations, including opening and closing procedures, shift management, and guest interactions
• Monitor pool areas continuously for safety hazards, enforce rules, and respond swiftly to emergencies using first aid and CPR skills when necessary
• Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate special events, ensuring smooth execution from setup to cleanup
• Maintain accurate incident reports, safety logs, and operational documentation using report writing skills
• Oversee equipment maintenance and staffing resources while ensuring operational efficiency

Skills

• Proven leadership with staff supervision and team management capabilities
• Strong management skills including operational oversight, shift management, and decision-making authority
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in hospitality settings
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations including first aid and CPR certification
• Familiarity with resort or restaurant environments is highly desirable
• Supervising experience in high-energy settings
