We’re looking for an experienced Lead Pool Service Technician to help oversee day-to-day field operations while maintaining a partial service route. The ideal candidate is a senior technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, enjoys mentoring others, and wants to grow into a future management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Service excellence: Maintain your own reduced route of 40–50 pools each week with exceptional quality and attention to detail.
• Leadership: Support and train other technicians on service standards, customer communication, and safety procedures.
• Scheduling & coordination: Work with leadership to assign daily routes, adjust schedules, and monitor productivity. Manage via Skimmer pool management software
• Quality control: Conduct periodic inspections and ride-alongs to ensure Halloway’s service standards are met.
• Customer support: Handle small escalations or follow-ups directly with customers when needed.
• Inventory & equipment: Oversee chemical levels, supply restocking, and truck readiness for the team.
• Communication: Act as liaison between technicians and management - reporting issues, successes, and route insights.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional pool service experience
• Proven ability to mentor or lead small teams.
• Strong knowledge of route organization, service quality, and customer care.
• Tech-savvy: comfortable using mobile apps for routing, service logs, and communication.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CPO, CPC, or related certifications or ability to obtain within 90 days

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay: $25–27/hr (approx. $52K–56K/year)
• Leadership stipend: $750/month for team coordination duties
• Performance bonus: Quarterly, up to $1,500 based on customer retention and service quality
• Vehicle allowance available
• Opportunity for promotion to Service Manager as Halloway expands

Schedule

• Monday - Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
• 7:00 am–3:30 pm typical field schedule
