We are looking for an experienced Lead Power Apps Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of modern business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform and contemporary web technologies.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Power Apps development expertise with hands-on coding skills, AI-assisted development tools, and the ability to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build modern applications using Power Apps Code Apps, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Develop and automate business workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Design and manage data models, tables, relationships, and business logic using Microsoft Dataverse.
• Integrate Power Platform applications with Microsoft 365, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
• Leverage AI-powered development tools, including GitHub Copilot and Claude Code, to accelerate coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Establish development standards, reusable components, coding best practices, and application architecture guidelines.
• Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Implement application security, role-based access controls, data governance, and environment management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform development.
• Experience with Power Apps Code Apps and modern web application development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience developing automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
• Experience integrating applications with REST APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Practical experience using GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
• Familiarity with Git, source control, application lifecycle management (ALM), testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
• Ability to lead development initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver scalable business applications.

Ideal Candidate: A technical leader who combines deep Microsoft Power Platform expertise with modern React and TypeScript development skills and practical experience using AI coding assistants to build high-quality enterprise applications.

Pay: $52.02 - $62.64 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
