Lead Power Electronics Engineer

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.

Strong experience in power electronics design, development, integration, or validation.

Knowledge of CCS and/or MCS high-power charging technologies.

Experience with battery management systems (BMS), battery charging, or high-voltage battery systems.

Experience supporting new product development (NPD) from concept through testing and production.

Strong understanding of power conversion, electrical circuits, and system-level integration.

Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and validation.

Excellent technical communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work onsite in Chillicothe, Illinois.
