Lead PPIC

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) to ensure timely production and on-time deliveries.
• Prepare production schedules, demand forecasts, and material plans while maintaining optimum inventory levels.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Engineering teams for seamless operations.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and efficient resource utilization.
• Lead and mentor the PPIC team and prepare MIS reports and operational KPIs for management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Engineering graduate with 15+ years of experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).
• Strong experience in Pharma Machinery / Engineering Manufacturing industry.
• Expertise in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, demand forecasting, and material planning.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Experience in managing cross-functional coordination and process improvement initiatives.
