Lead Product Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Define and drive product problems end-to-endfrom discovery to

delivery and iteration.

• Design Excellence: Translate complex problems into intuitive flows, prototypes, and

high-quality designs, making strong design decisions under ambiguity.

• Outcome Focus: Define success metrics and continuously improve experiences based

on data and user feedback.

• Collaboration & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams and drive

alignment through clear communication and strong design rationale.

• Mentorship: Guide and support designers, raising overall team quality and problem-

solving ability.

• Systems Thinking: Contribute to scalable design systems and evolving interaction

patterns, including AI.

• User Understanding: Drive user understanding through research and data, ensuring

insights directly inform product decisions and strategy.

• AI-Enabled Workflows: Leverage AI capabilities to design smarter, more adaptive user

experiences, and champion the use of AI in both product thinking and design workflows

Preferred candidate profile

• 5-7 years of experience in product design, with proven ownership of features or product

areas end-to-end

• Experience working in 01 or fast-scaling product environments is a strong plus
• Strong ability to define and solve user problems, not just execute on given requirements
• Demonstrated experience working closely with product, engineering, and business

teams to drive outcomes

• Solid foundation in UX, interaction design, and visual design, with a portfolio showcasing

both problem-solving and craft

• Experience designing complex or ambiguous systems (e.g., multi-step journeys,

behavioral flows, or data-driven products)

• Ability to define success metrics and iterate based on user feedback and product data

Experience mentoring or guiding designers, and contributing to raising design quality

within a team

• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

and drive alignment

• Ability to balance speed and quality, making pragmatic trade-offs when needed
• Strong bias for action, experimentation, and continuous learning
