LEAD PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT QUALITY ENGINEER

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To ensure product excellence through effective design validation, systematic testing, and continuous quality improvement during new product development, supporting the delivery of reliable and high-performing products that meet customer and regulatory standards.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports to ensure product compliance with design and performance requirements.

-Participate in new product development activities, including design reviews, risk assessments, and prototype validation.

-Conduct product testing and verification using established quality standards and tools.

-Analyze test data and identify root causes of defects or nonconformities.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.

-Support documentation of quality processes, inspection criteria, and validation protocols.

-Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance reliability and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Graduate of BS Electronics Engineering.

-License is not required.

-With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in design validation, testing, or new product development.
