Lead Product Manager

As the Head of Product for our trading platform, You will deliver a fast and seamless trading experience by accurately validating business requirements, modernizing outdated processes, and reducing technical debt. You will tightly manage project timelines to ensure on-time delivery, while providing clear product details to empower our Marketing team to drive platform growth.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the corporate vision into a highly executable product roadmap. Take full ownership of project controls to ensure deliverables are completed on time and strictly within scope and aligned with business goals.
• Rigorously validate business and user requirements, overseeing the end-to-end User Journey to ensure the platform remains intuitive, accurate, and responsive to investor needs.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Development team to address legacy constraints. Your role is to provide clear business requirements, assess business impacts, and prioritize tech debt backlog, enabling the IT team to execute technical solutions effectively.
• Act as the key liaison partnering with the Back office and support team—who serve as the champions for process improvement. You will coordinate and align platform capabilities to help them successfully modernize and streamline outdated operational workflows.
• Serve as the primary representative for the platform. Manage communication on project progress across stakeholders, and provide accurate product positioning to empower Marketing and Sales in executing their Go-to-Market strategies.
• Lead and develop the Product Management team, fostering a culture focused on strong execution, precise requirement gathering, and customer-centricity.

Qualifications:

• 3 years or more of experience as a head in Product Management, Platform Development, or related leadership roles.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in the investment or trading industry, with a proven track record of success in driving platform innovation would be a plus.
• Able to communicate in English for teamwork and coordination.
