Lead Product Manager (Rider Experience)

• In this pivotal role, you’ll join the Rider product team, playing a key role in enhancing and revolutionizing the customer experience through our mobile app and other customer-facing platforms
• This role will be focused on a major area of the Rider experience that will help make Lime easier, more intuitive, and more valuable for riders

• This position may require occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role

• Lead the development and optimization of Lime’s mobile application to build an amazing rider experience that makes it easy to get started on Lime and want to keep coming back
• Drive continuous improvement of the rider journey, focusing on usability and satisfaction
• Be the voice of Riders, analyzing user feedback, customer research and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and marketing teams to implement new features
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis
• Prioritize product backlog and development efforts to align with business goals
• Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success
• Identify opportunities to use AI to create simpler, more personalized, and more effective rider experiences
• Use AI tools as part of your day-to-day product development process to accelerate research, analysis, prototyping, and execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in product management within a big tech or startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
