Lead Project Manager

I'm working on an exciting opportunity for a Lead Project Manager to take ownership of a project delivery function within a growing, technology-focused business.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, strategic project delivery and stakeholder engagement, with the opportunity to shape processes and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the delivery of complex technical projects from initiation through to go-live.
• Manage, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring strong governance, planning and risk management.
• Work closely with technical teams, clients and senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Improve delivery frameworks, processes and standards as the business scales.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience delivering complex technical projects.
• Experience leading or developing Project Managers or delivery teams.
• Strong technical understanding of systems integrations, APIs and dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness and organisational skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification.
